Can I get a refund on GMAT lessons?
Private 1-on-1 lessons: If you are not satisfied after your first lesson, you receive a full refund. Group classes: If you are not satisfied with the first week of classes, you receive a full refund.
What happens if I cancel a lesson at short notice?
Lessons cancelled less than 3 hours before the start count as taken.
Can I pay for GMAT in installments?
Yes: you can pay for the GMAT group course in 2 installments. The first installment is taken when you enroll and the rest a month apart.
How big are the GMAT group classes, and are lessons recorded?
Group courses are held in classes of maximum 6 students. All lessons are fully online, live, and interactive. Lesson recordings are available for replay for 14 days.
What is included in a GMAT package?
Tutoring packages include the number of live one-to-one online lessons you choose, with homework and lesson materials. Practice tests and the question bank are sold separately unless a package card says otherwise.
