Can I get a refund on ACT lessons?
Private 1-on-1 lessons: If you are not satisfied after your first lesson, you receive a full refund. Group classes: If you are not satisfied with the first week of classes, you receive a full refund.
What happens if I cancel a lesson at short notice?
Lessons cancelled less than 3 hours before the start count as taken.
Can I pay for ACT in installments?
Yes: you can pay for the ACT group course in 2 installments. The first installment is taken when you enroll and the rest a month apart.
How big are the ACT group classes, and are lessons recorded?
Group courses are held in classes of maximum 6 students. All lessons are fully online, live, and interactive. Lesson recordings are available for replay for 14 days.
What is included in an ACT package?
Tutoring packages include the number of live one-to-one online lessons you choose, with homework and lesson materials. Practice tests and the question bank are sold separately unless a package card says otherwise.
