All payments are collected by card through Stripe.

Can I get a refund on A-Level lessons?

Private 1-on-1 lessons: If you are not satisfied after your first lesson, you receive a full refund. Group classes: If you are not satisfied with the first week of classes, you receive a full refund.

What happens if I cancel a lesson at short notice?

Lessons cancelled less than 3 hours before the start count as taken.

Can I pay for A-Level in installments?

Yes: you can pay for the A-Level private group of 3–6 students in 2 installments. The first installment is taken when you enroll and the rest a month apart.

What is included in an A-Level package?

Tutoring packages include the number of live one-to-one online lessons you choose, with homework and lesson materials.
