By accessing or using the TestPrep website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services. These terms apply to all visitors, students, parents, and users of our platform.

2. Description of Services

TestPrep provides international exam preparation services including, but not limited to, private tutoring, group courses, mock exams, educational consultancy, and related digital content. Our services cover exams such as SAT, ACT, GMAT, GRE, IELTS, TOEFL, PTE, IB, AP, A-Level, IGCSE, UCAT, IMAT, LNAT, SSAT, LSAT, and YOS.

3. User Accounts and Registration

Certain features of our services may require registration or the submission of personal information. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Enrollment and Payment

Course enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of the applicable tuition fee or a signed enrollment agreement.
Payment terms, installment options, and refund policies are communicated during the enrollment process and specified in the enrollment agreement.
TestPrep reserves the right to modify pricing for future enrollments with prior notice.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Students may cancel their enrollment within 14 days of signing the agreement, provided no lessons have been delivered.
For cancellations after lessons have commenced, refunds are calculated on a pro-rata basis for the unused portion, minus any applicable administrative fees.
Score guarantee programs have specific terms outlined in the enrollment agreement.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@testprepturkey.com.

6. Lesson Scheduling and Attendance

Lesson schedules are determined collaboratively between the student and TestPrep.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson time.
Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be counted as delivered.
TestPrep reserves the right to reschedule lessons due to tutor availability or unforeseen circumstances, with reasonable prior notice.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the TestPrep website and in our course materials — including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, lesson recordings, study guides, and practice tests — is the intellectual property of TestPrep or its licensors. This content is protected by Turkish and international copyright laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.
Lesson recordings provided to students are for personal review only and may not be shared, distributed, or published in any form.
Unauthorized use of our content may result in termination of services and legal action.

8. User Conduct

When using our website and services, you agree not to:

Use the services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
Interfere with or disrupt the website or servers.
Impersonate any person or entity.
Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful content.
Collect personal data of other users without authorization.
Engage in any behavior that is abusive, harassing, or disruptive to tutors, staff, or other students.

9. Score Guarantees

TestPrep offers score guarantee programs for select exams. These guarantees are subject to specific conditions including minimum attendance, homework completion, and mock exam participation. Full terms of the guarantee are detailed in the enrollment agreement. The guarantee does not constitute a binding promise of a specific exam result.

10. Limitation of Liability

TestPrep provides educational services to the best of its ability. However, we do not guarantee specific exam scores, university admissions, or visa outcomes. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question. TestPrep shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services. TestPrep is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party sites. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any external sites you visit.

12. Modifications to Terms

TestPrep reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices.
