Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the TestPrep website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services. These terms apply to all visitors, students, parents, and users of our platform.

2. Description of Services

TestPrep provides international exam preparation services including, but not limited to, private tutoring, group courses, practice tests, and related digital content. Our services cover exams such as SAT, ACT, GMAT, GRE, IELTS, TOEFL, PTE, IB, AP, A-Level, IGCSE, UCAT, IMAT, LNAT, SSAT, LSAT, and YÖS.

3. User Accounts and Registration

Certain features of our services may require registration or the submission of personal information. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Enrollment and Payment

  • Course enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of the applicable tuition fee or a signed enrollment agreement.
  • Payment terms, installment options, and refund policies are communicated during the enrollment process.
  • TestPrep reserves the right to modify pricing for future enrollments with prior notice.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Refunds are granted in two separate cases:

  • One-to-one tutoring: if you are not satisfied after the first lesson, you are refunded in full.
  • Group courses: if you are not satisfied after the lessons held in the first week, you are refunded in full. Question-bank access included with a course opens once its first week is over, and the included practice tests open on the day the last topic lesson is taught.
  • Digital products: question banks and practice tests are not refundable once access has been granted.
  • Requests made after those windows fall outside the refund scope.
  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@testprepeurope.com.

Packages with practice tests and a question bank

Where a tutoring package includes practice tests and question-bank access, as the SAT Ultimate Package does, they are unlocked on your account as soon as your payment goes through; anything not yet published unlocks on the day it is. If you later ask for a refund, their list prices on the day you bought the package are deducted from the amount we return.

Practice tests

  • Practice tests are digital content and unlock on your account as soon as your payment goes through. If some of the tests in your bundle are not published yet, each one unlocks on its own as it is published.
  • You can take each practice test up to twice.
  • Practice tests you buy stay available on your account for 12 months from the date of purchase. When they come with a tutoring package or a course, the 12 months start on the day they unlock.
  • Practice tests cannot be withdrawn from or refunded.

Question banks

  • A question bank is digital content, bought with a one-time payment (it is not a subscription). It unlocks as soon as your payment goes through and stays available for 4 months (8 months for the AP question bank).
  • A question bank whose questions are not published yet unlocks on the day the sections you bought are published, and your access period starts that day.
  • Question banks cannot be withdrawn from or refunded.

Digital content and your right of withdrawal

Practice tests and question banks are digital content that opens on your account the moment your payment goes through (or, if it is not published yet, on the day it is). At checkout you ask us to give you access as soon as it opens and confirm that you understand this ends your right of withdrawal. That is why these purchases cannot be withdrawn from or refunded.

Private groups of 3–6 students

  • When you come together with friends, we open a private group of 3–6 students just for you. Each student buys their own place online at the per-student price, and there is no start date to choose at checkout.
  • Once you have paid, we set up the group and its timetable with you and let you know as soon as your group is ready.
  • For an exam that also has an open group course, a private group of 3–6 students includes the same question-bank access and practice tests as that course. They open on your account in the same order, following your group's own timetable.

Paying in installments

Installments are available only for group courses, private groups of 3–6 students and the AP and IMAT all-topics private packages. The IMAT group course and the IMAT private group of 3–6 students cannot be paid in installments and are paid in one go; the IMAT all-topics private package can be paid in 2 installments. The first installment is taken at checkout, and your card is saved with Stripe so the remaining installments can be collected automatically each month.

6. Lesson Scheduling and Attendance

  • Lesson schedules are determined collaboratively between the student and TestPrep.
  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 3 hours before the scheduled one-to-one lesson time.
  • One-to-one lessons cancelled less than 3 hours beforehand count as delivered and are not refunded.
  • If the lesson fee is not paid at least 3 hours before the lesson, the lesson is cancelled automatically.
  • TestPrep reserves the right to reschedule lessons due to tutor availability or unforeseen circumstances, with reasonable prior notice.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the TestPrep website and in our course materials — including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, lesson recordings, study guides, and practice tests — is the intellectual property of TestPrep or its licensors. This content is protected by Turkish and international copyright laws.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.
  • Lesson recordings provided to students are for personal review only and may not be shared, distributed, or published in any form.
  • Unauthorized use of our content may result in termination of services and legal action.

8. User Conduct

When using our website and services, you agree not to:

  • Use the services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the website or servers.
  • Impersonate any person or entity.
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful content.
  • Collect personal data of other users without authorization.
  • Engage in any behavior that is abusive, harassing, or disruptive to tutors, staff, or other students.

9. Limitation of Liability

TestPrep provides educational services to the best of its ability. However, we do not guarantee specific exam scores, university admissions, or visa outcomes. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question. TestPrep shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services. TestPrep is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party sites. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any external sites you visit.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We publish changes on this page, and the "Last updated" date changes with them.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices.
