Refund requests are evaluated according to the following conditions.

Private 1-on-1 Lessons

If you are not satisfied after your first lesson

100% refund

Group Classes

If you are not satisfied with the first week of classes

100% refund

Private Groups of 3–6 Students

If you are not satisfied after the lessons held in your group's first week

100% refund

Lesson Packages

Cancel at any time

Lessons given at the single-lesson price, the rest refunded

1. Enrollment & Payment Process

  • Course enrollment is completed upon receipt of payment.
  • All payments are collected by card through Stripe; wire/bank transfer is not accepted.
  • Installments are available only for group courses, private groups of 3–6 students and the AP and IMAT all-topics private packages. The IMAT group course and the IMAT private group of 3–6 students cannot be paid in installments and are paid in one go.
  • Price changes for future terms are communicated in advance.

2. Refund Conditions & Procedure

  • Private 1-on-1 lessons: If you are not satisfied after your first lesson, you receive a full refund.
  • Group classes: If you are not satisfied with the first week of classes, you receive a full refund.
  • Private groups of 3–6 students: If you are not satisfied after the lessons held in your group's first week, we refund your payment in full.
  • Group courses and private groups of 3–6 students: After the first week, group course fees are not refunded. Each group is built around its enrolled students: the class size, the tutor and the timetable are set for them, and when one student leaves, the course changes for everyone else in the group. This does not affect your legal right to withdraw within 14 days of payment: if you withdraw in that period after lessons have started, the lessons already held are charged in proportion to the course and the rest is refunded.
  • Lesson packages: You can cancel a lesson package at any time. Lessons already given are charged at the single-lesson price and the rest is refunded. The first-lesson guarantee applies on top.
  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@testprepeurope.com.
  • Approved refunds are returned to the same card within 7-14 business days.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

No refunds are issued outside the three cases above, the lesson-package rule, unused digital products and the 14-day right of withdrawal in our Terms of Sale. For example:

  • Private lessons already given, outside the first-lesson guarantee (in a lesson package they are charged at the single-lesson price).
  • Group-class requests made after the first week has passed.
  • Digital products that have been used (below).

Digital content and your right of withdrawal

Practice tests, question banks and AI Tutor time are digital content. You can ask for a refund of a digital product you have not used within 14 days of the payment date. A product counts as used once any practice test in the pack has been started, any question in a paid section of the question bank has been opened, or any second of AI Tutor time has been used; a used product is not refunded.

  • You can take each practice test up to twice.
  • Practice tests you buy stay available on your account for 12 months from the date of purchase.
  • A question bank is bought with a one-time payment (it is not a subscription) and stays available for 4 months (8 months for the AP question bank).
  • AI Tutor time is digital content too: it is sold in 30-minute blocks and added to your account as soon as the payment goes through. Minutes you do not use stay on your account for your next practice test.

4. Lesson Postponement

  • Private lessons can be rescheduled or cancelled with at least 3 hours notice.
  • Private lessons cancelled less than 3 hours beforehand are counted as delivered and not refunded.
  • If the lesson fee is not paid at least 3 hours before the lesson, the lesson is cancelled automatically.
