1. Enrollment & Payment Process
- Course enrollment is completed upon receipt of payment or a signed enrollment agreement.
- Payment plans and installment options are determined during enrollment and clearly stated in the agreement.
- Price changes for future terms are communicated in advance.
- All payments are accepted in Turkish Lira (TRY) or US Dollars (USD).
2. Cancellation Procedure
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@testprepturkey.com.
- Requests are reviewed and processed within 3 business days.
- Approved refunds are processed within 7-14 business days, depending on the payment method.
- Credit card payments are refunded to the same card.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
- Cancellations after more than 50% of the program has been completed.
- Private lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours notice (counted as delivered).
- Special discounted or promotional packages (unless otherwise stated in the agreement).
- Exam fees and materials obtained from external sources.
- After access to digital content and video recordings has been provided.
4. Score Guarantee Program
TestPrep's score guarantee programs are subject to specific conditions:
- Minimum 90% attendance requirement.
- Completion of all homework and mock exams.
- Submission of a valid score report.
- Guarantee conditions are detailed in the enrollment agreement.
- The guarantee does not constitute a binding commitment for a specific exam result.
5. Lesson Postponement & Transfer
- Remaining lessons can be postponed to the next term with a valid reason (health, travel, etc.).
- Postponement requests must be made at least 7 days in advance.
- Lesson credits cannot be transferred to another student.
- Postponed lessons must be used within 6 months.
