Everyone recommended different resources and I kept switching between them. I found a better balance between regular school and exam preparation.

Keeping up with IGCSE / GCSE while school was busy was harder than I expected. It was an intense period, but it was worth it.

  • Cooper Gibson

When I started preparing for IGCSE / GCSE, I wasn't sure what order to study things in. The group never had more than six students, so it was easy to stay involved. I learned to make a short plan before starting a long response. We could make the workload lighter during busy weeks at school or university. Even in a group lesson, the tutor knew where each of us stood. I was really happy with the lessons.

As the exam got closer, I wasn't sure what I should actually review. The plan changed with my mock and homework results, so the work never felt random. Connecting examples back to the main point made my writing more consistent. Thank you to my tutor and the TestPrep team.

The IGCSE / GCSE format felt unnecessarily confusing at first. Working across different difficulty levels made new questions feel less surprising. I stopped listing facts in essays and started building an actual argument. I never felt awkward asking the same thing again. After enough examples of the same question type, the repeated mistakes decreased. Thank you to my tutor and the TestPrep team.

  • Maya Setiawan

When I started preparing for IGCSE / GCSE, I wasn't sure what order to study things in. I finally understood what was going wrong in IGCSE History. By the end of each lesson, I knew what I was supposed to do during the week. Using the mark scheme to review my own answer was surprisingly helpful. My preparation became much more regular and easier to track. Thanks to everyone who supported me.

I wasn't starting from zero, but the same mistakes kept showing up in my mocks. The mocks showed where my time was actually being lost. I became much more comfortable asking questions in class. The preparation felt calmer than I expected.

Breaking IGCSE History into smaller pieces worked much better for me. I stopped listing facts in essays and started building an actual argument. There was no overnight miracle, but the progress was easy to see.

After the first attempt, we looked for a calmer plan for the retake. It was good to see confidence returning over time.

The feedback I received on IGCSE History was clear and practical. One bad mock no longer made me want to drop the whole plan. I stopped listing facts in essays and started building an actual argument. I became much more comfortable asking questions in class. Knowing what to study reduced a lot of the stress. Thanks to TestPrep for helping me stay on track.

Our son's school schedule was already very busy. Individual lesson time was used around our child's actual needs. We quickly felt that the tutor was a good match.
