IGCSE Mathematics is Cambridge's core mathematics exam covering numbers, algebra, geometry, statistics and probability. It is offered at two levels: Core and Extended. The Extended level is required for students targeting grade A or A* and includes more challenging topics. Core level awards grades C-G while Extended awards grades A*-E.
Achieving A* in IGCSE Mathematics requires regular problem-solving practice, timing skills and familiarity with question formats.
