2. Main characteristics of what we sell

Private tutoring: one-to-one live online lessons with a tutor. The number and length of the lessons are shown on the product page and in the order summary.
Packages with practice tests and a question bank: tutoring packages such as the SAT Comprehensive Package include, besides their lessons, the practice tests and question-bank access stated on the product page.
Group courses: live online group lessons over a set period, on the course timetable. The hours, the timetable and any practice tests and question bank included are shown on the product page and in the order summary.
Private groups: a group opened for 3–6 students who come together. Each student buys their own place online at the per-student price, and there is no start date to choose at checkout. Once you have paid, we set up the group and its timetable with you and let you know as soon as your group is ready. For an exam that also has an open group course, a private group of 3–6 students includes the same question-bank access and practice tests as that course.
Practice tests: digital tests taken on your account, each up to twice, available for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Question banks: digital content bought with a one-time payment (not a subscription), available for 4 months (8 months for the AP question bank). Before you buy, you can try a fixed set of sample questions for free.
AI Tutor time: digital content sold in 30-minute blocks and added to your account as soon as the payment goes through; minutes you don't use stay on your account.

Lessons in a package stay valid until they have been used. Practice tests that come with a package or a course stay available for 12 months from the day they open on your account, and the question bank for 4 months (8 months for the AP question bank) from the day it opens.

The name, quantity and total price of what you buy are shown in the order summary at checkout, which forms part of this contract.

3. Total price and payment

Prices on the English pages are shown and charged in US dollars. The total in the order summary is the amount you pay. Payment is taken by Stripe, and your card details never reach us. Your invoice is sent to your email address.

Instalments are available for group courses, private groups of 3–6 students and the AP and IMAT all-topics private packages (whether a product has instalments, and how many, is shown on its page; the IMAT group course is paid in one go) only; the number of instalments and the amount of each are shown in the order summary before you pay. The first is taken at checkout and the rest one month apart from the same card, at the exchange rate of the first payment and for the same amount in US dollars; your card is saved with Stripe for that purpose. Instalment plans are paid by card only and cannot be paid by bank transfer.

4. Delivery, performance and how digital content works

Private lessons take place online, on days and at times agreed with you after payment.
Group lessons take place online on the days and at the times of your course timetable.
Private-group lessons take place online on days and at times agreed with the group once it has been formed; we tell you when your group is ready.
Live lessons are recorded, and recordings can be watched for 14 days after each lesson.
Practice tests and question banks open on your account as soon as your payment goes through; anything not yet published opens on the day it is.
Practice tests and a question bank included with a package open at payment. Those included with a group course open as follows: the question bank once the first week is over, the practice tests on the day the last topic lesson is taught. In a private group of 3–6 students they open in the same order, following your group's timetable.
A scheduled lesson can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 3 hours before it starts. A lesson cancelled less than 3 hours beforehand counts as delivered and is not refunded. If the lesson fee has not been paid at least 3 hours before the lesson, the lesson is cancelled automatically.

5. Right of withdrawal

Private lessons, group courses and private groups of 3–6 students. If you are a consumer, you can withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day the contract is concluded, which is the day you complete the payment. At checkout you expressly request that the lessons may start before the withdrawal period ends, and you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully provided. If you withdraw after lessons have started, private lessons already given are charged at the single-lesson price, the lessons already held in a group course or private group of 3–6 students are charged in proportion to the course, and the rest is refunded (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 14(3)). Once all the lessons you bought have been given, the right of withdrawal ends (Article 16(a)). Our guarantees in section 7 go further and apply in addition; where both apply, you get whichever is better for you.

The practice tests and question bank included in a group course are digital content. They open on your account on the dates stated in the delivery section; at checkout you ask for this and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal from each of them once you start using it (Article 16(m)).

Practice tests and question banks. At checkout you ask us to give you access as soon as it opens, and confirm that you understand your right of withdrawal ends once you start using it. The right of withdrawal therefore ends for each of them once you start using it (Article 16(m)).

How to withdraw. Tell us of your decision with a clear statement before the period ends: use "Withdraw from contract here" at the bottom of every page, email info@testprepeurope.com, or write to the address in section 1. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but you don't have to. It is enough to send your statement before the 14 days are over.

What happens next. We refund all payments received from you, less the lessons already given (private lessons at the single-lesson price; group courses and private groups of 3–6 students in proportion to the course), and the list prices of any digital content whose right of withdrawal has already ended, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day we are told of your decision. We refund to the card you paid with, and you pay no fees for the refund. If you are on an instalment plan, the remaining instalments are not taken.

6. Guarantees and refunds

Private 1-on-1 lessons: If you are not satisfied after your first lesson, you receive a full refund.
Group classes: If you are not satisfied with the first week of classes, you receive a full refund.
Private groups of 3–6 students: If you are not satisfied after the lessons held in your group's first week, we refund your payment in full.
Group courses and private groups of 3–6 students: After the first week, group course fees are not refunded. Each group is built around its enrolled students: the class size, the tutor and the timetable are set for them, and when one student leaves, the course changes for everyone else in the group. This does not affect your legal right to withdraw within 14 days of payment: if you withdraw in that period after lessons have started, the lessons already held are charged in proportion to the course and the rest is refunded.
Lesson packages: You can cancel a lesson package at any time. Lessons already given are charged at the single-lesson price and the rest is refunded. The first-lesson guarantee applies on top.
Packages with practice tests and a question bank: if you ask for a refund, the list prices on the day of purchase of those you have used are deducted.
Outside these cases, the lesson-package rule and the right of withdrawal in section 6, no refunds are issued.
Practice tests and question bank included in a course: a refund under the first-week guarantee is a full refund, because they do not open before the first week is over.
Practice tests, question banks and AI Tutor time are digital content. You can ask for a refund of a digital product you have not used within 14 days of the payment date. A product counts as used once any practice test in the pack has been started, any question in a paid section of the question bank has been opened, or any second of AI Tutor time has been used; a used product is not refunded.
Approved refunds are returned to the same card within 7–14 business days; withdrawals under section 6 within 14 days. A full refund of the first payment stops any remaining instalments.
Your statutory rights, including the legal guarantee that what we provide conforms to the contract, are not affected.

7. Duration

Each order is a one-off contract, and nothing renews automatically. Lessons in a package stay valid until they have been used. A group course runs on its timetable. On an instalment plan, nothing is charged after the last instalment. Digital content stays available for the period stated in section 3.

8. Complaints

Send complaints to info@testprepeurope.com or through our contact page. Consumers in Turkey may also apply to the consumer arbitration committee or the consumer court of their place of residence.
